Chang Choi met the Lord as a career military man.  After his military career was over, Chang continued to serve the country as a federal employee of the US government.  During this time, Chang also served a local church as a faithful deacon.  At the height of his career, Chang met the Lord again.  Encountering the Lord is always accompanied by a burden.  The burden the Lord laid upon Chang’s heart was a call that he should go beyond the walls of a local church to make disciples of all nations now.

In obedience to this call, Chang retired from his position as a federal employee and joined Youth With A Mission (YWAM) for training as a missionary.  Now Chang is serving the Lord with DCMi as Administrator.
