Dear Friends,

I have an urgent request for prayer.  On May 1, I was diagnosed with Covid. Subsequently, I isolated myself and took medication for 5 days.  On May 13, after a rapid antigen test, my doctor told me I was free of Covid.

Now, this is the challenge.  I am traveling to Africa tomorrow (Sunday, May 15).  Senegal and Côte D’Ivoire where I am going both require negative results on the PCR test.  The PCR test I took on May 13 showed I still had Covid.  They say that once a person is diagnosed with Covid, he or she will have positive results on PCR tests for some time even after Covid is gone.  Therefore, my doctor wrote me a letter of verification that I was cured of Covid.

Would you pray that the airlines will acknowledge this letter and allow me to board their airplanes tomorrow?  Would you also pray that the Senegal and Côte D’Ivoire Immigrations will admit me to their countries l based on this letter when I get there?  In all these, may God’s will be done.

I am teaching seminary students/pastors in Senegal this week and in Ivory Coast next week.  I am also preaching at Emmanuel Temple in Abidjan, Côte D’Ivoire on Sunday, May 22.

My coworker Antoinette faithfully served the Lord in Ethiopia while our team was in Nepal a month ago.  You can learn more about her latest ministry in Ethiopia at the following link.
